Our team of highly qualified and experienced engineers control one of the most important process of heat treatment done in carbonised furnaces. The important parameters like hardness, case depth and other specifications are tested in control environment with advanced metallurgical microscopes. Selection of high grade of steel before production plays an important role in achieving the product with International Standards. Over and above our total quality assurance takes care of non-conformity products, corrective and preventive measure, control of quality data and statistical techniques.
